Make: EDM Model: 1500 HP Hours: 22,000 (Serviced every 250 hours & Hydraulics serviced every 1,000 hours) Engine: 2x Caterpillar CAT C4.4 Tier 3 (140 HP @ 2,200 RPM) Preventative Maintenance; - Engine - All Injector sleeves, new Fuel lines fitted rocker cover gaskets replaced / mechanic checked over both engines - Radiators checked and cleaned out and new one fitted to Engine #1 (another spare in box) - Electrics -Replace engine harnesses (3) on each engine , Rewire and upgrade wiring battery to engine, overhaul control cabinet electrics, Rewire and replace work lights - Rod Spinner - New Mount complete, motor, sprocket, chain, new jaws and new jaw carrier assy, hosing, new rams (full rebuild).
